Hello ! My name is Laurie, founder of Home is Where the HeartLands. Born and raised in The Great Lake State. I have been in the Nursing field for over 30yrs. Specializing in geriatric care. I ventured nationwide as a travel nurse for over 10yrs and have seen the good and bad of elderly facilites. My dedication and love for the residents that I care for has lead me to persue this new adventure. To assist families in finding the perfect new home for their precious family member. As a referral agency, we will personally visit each facility to ensure it is appropriate. I am excited to talk with you and make this process a little easier, as you have your hands full already.
